📍 📍 So if we know what causes low back pain
and we have to figure out how to alleviate it or how to fix it. So a couple of things you can do at home or wherever you’re at are to stretch. That’s the number one thing,
stretch those muscles out. They’re probably pretty tight around the low back area or wherever you’re having pain.
So you can stretch those out. Second thing is exercise. We can go to the gym. We can do things at home to help strengthen up those muscles around our low back
and around those problem areas. That will be the best thing to prevent things from going on
and getting worse later on down the road. And the third thing is rest.
Yes, rest. I know we always tell you to get up
and move around
and do the things that you need to do,
but sometimes we need to take it easy and give those things a break in order to be able to help relieve some pain
and relieve some stress. Now we all have heard the saying that the definition of madness is doing the same thing over
and over again
and expecting different results.
As always,
a lot of these things involve a lifestyle change. We have to be able to switch things up in order to get some different results. So we have to be able to be willing to do things that we haven’t done in the past in order to feel differently than we have in the past as well.
