📍 📍 Here at ProActive Spine Care, we treat neck pain every day. We have a couple of different ways of doing that. The first way is through chiropractic adjustments. We want to make sure that we’re restoring function to all those planes of movement in your neck and be able to give you motion back in areas that maybe lack motion or don’t have as much motion as they should.
And the second thing we do is non surgical spinal decompression. So just like for low back we can decompress those discs, decompress those joints to allow for them to breathe and get some blood flow in there and help heal and repair themselves.

I have been going to Dr. Goodpaster for about 7 months for wellness adjustments with the activator technique. I appreciate that he offers both traditional adjustments as well as the activator. I always feel better after my adjustment & I highly recommend him. His receptionist is also great. They always accommodate my request for an appointment, even on short notice. 10/10.
Since coming to Proactive Spine Care I have been having less pain in my legs and less headaches. I have been sleeping much better. He is so nice and really cares about your problems. I recommend him if you are having pain issues.
Back in November, I was having a lot of back pain. It was extremely hard to sit up to drive a car or to sit in the passenger seat. I went to proactive spinal care. Dr. Goodpaster suggested that I do 12 sessions of decompression. It took those 12 sessions to help my back. I am now able to drive freely and to sit in the passenger seat and walk around my home and other places out in public without pain, I greatly appreciate his expertise in the care for the spine. I highly recommend it going to his office.
I am A below the knee amputee and Dr. GoodPastor helps me to live in extremely active and pain-free Lifestyle. Best chiropractor l've ever been to!!! Extremely gentle adjustments and he has been able to adjust an area on my right side that no one else has ever been able to adjust! I'm a hard right side adjustment! More relief after one adjustment than I've ever had in all the adjustments l've had!!!
I went to see Dr. Goodpaster when a disk had slipped out and hit a nerve i have had terrible back pain for a few years I've been to several Dr's. with no relief after one visit it stopped the pain and after a few visits a no longer had the pain in my back that I had dealt with for years having to take pain meds and using a ice pack several times a day I was so amazed all my back pain was gone wish I had went to him sooner.I can't thank him enough for relieving the pain in my back i feel like a new person

I highly recommend Dr. Goodpastor. I have an issue for which I was receiving quarterly injections. Since beginning treatments at ProActive Spine Care over a year ago, I no longer have to have injections.
Dr. Brandon is wonderful. He listens and takes his thing with patients in order to develop a treatment plan based on what you need. 10/10 would recommend.

Recently came across this practice looking for dry needling to help the inflammation and nerve pain I've dealt with in my trap/neck for nearly 6 years now. Our first visit we reviewed my MRI my primary ordered a few months prior, and discussed treatment plans and different things we could try. Lori and Brandon are absolutely wonderful, and I'm so glad I found their practice!! Brandon is very kind and takes the time to answer and questions you may have in terms you'll understand. I felt a HUGE difference within the first 3 sessions. I'm now 7 sessions in and starting decompression therapy (which I'd never even heard of) to help correct some herniated discs. (I thought surgery was going to be my only option!! Hallelujah!) I love that they offer flexible hours and them being open until 6pm is awesome when you work a 9-5!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for chiropractic treatment or alternative treatment options for certain injuries!!

This is the best place to go in town! I had so much tightness in my back & lower back. No other chiropractor that I had gone to was able to pop it & give me any type of relief until I started coming here. After months of no answers from doctors and a misdiagnosis, ProActive spine found out the root cause of my pain! If I had waited the amount of time the doctor wanted me to wait, I would have been in so much more pain. I also visited with an ENT who confirmed the same exact thing ProActive did. You will not be disappointed if you visit this office! Everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is calming. He also does dry needling.
When I started seeing Dr Goodpastor I had an injury in my elbow that was not healing due to a pinched nerve in my neck I was already in Physical therapy and was getting worse with every visit. Each appointment with Dr. Goodpastor I improved by about 25%. We added Dry Needling to help with some muscle issues and that almost completely took my pain away completely( still a work in progress) I've only been going to Proactive Spine care for almost 2 months Dr. Goodpastor and Lori are great! They care about your progress and listen to your concerns, needs and celebrate your progress with you! I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Dr Goodpastor. He takes great care of my children and myself. Teaching the children the importance of spine care. For myself he cares for my shoulder and neck pain. My level of pain has greatly been reduced and the best range of motion I have had for years.

Absolutely love this place. So easy to deal with, completely stress free process of coming in, getting services (which are amazing btw, you will leave with your back feeling like the years have been erased) and scheduling for the next. Even if you only do 1 visit for an alignment, it's worth it. I tell everyone about it that even SLIGHTLY mentions their back because I just can't recommend it enough.
Dr. Brandon and staff are awesome. Got an appt really quickly, short wait time, I’m 69 with a lot of issues and Dr Brandon addressed them all, I finally found a Chiropractor that I know will help me, Best chiropractor I’ve ever been to,
I could barely walk in to my appointment but once Dr. Goodpaster finished with my adjustment, I felt like a new woman. He clearly explained to me what my xrays showed and what he was doing to correct it. The receptionist was kind and very helpful in making appointment. I highly recommend.
I really appreciate the last minute appointment. Ive been so sore for two weeks straight and driving to the appointment was still painful. However, the Doc is a rockstar and he took care of me! I drove home in no pain. I feel great even now, hours later and Im sure Im finally going to get a good nights rest. Listen they are great and amazing people I would recommend them because they have become like my family they are very sweet and kind.... And you just need to go check them out. They are awesome me and my little baby and my fiancee goes there they are great people...
